Our mission is to develop better players and better people - on and off the rink.
The San Diego Tritons have been building something special for approximately five years. We started as a group of coaches who grew up playing roller hockey together, love the game and wanted to create the kind of program they wished they'd had as kids.
What we've built isn't just a team. It's a tight-knit environment where players are treated as people first and athletes second. We care about the kids who come through this program, their confidence, their character, and their long-term development.
We also understand that roller hockey doesn't have to be an all-or-nothing commitment. Many of our players are heavily involved in ice hockey. We build our program with the flexibility to work alongside other commitments, so roller hockey can be something that adds to a player's development rather than competing with it.
